90b65247eb FG1000: GFC700 ALTS/ALT vertical autopilot modes 
GFC700 now supports the Selected Altitude Capture (ALTS) and Altitude
Hold (ALT) modes.

ALTS is automatically armed in more vertical modes, and allows capture
of whatever altitude is selected.

867d898b68 Adapt scenarios dialog for revised AIManager 
AIManager now takes care of finding scenarios which can be loaded, so
the work here is much simpler.

29ec71b3a6 Route-manager dialog: default to appending 
Rather than warning in the case where there is no selected, default
to appending new waypoints, since this is a fairly common case.

809b9c30fb Remove the obsolete zh_CN FlightGear l10n XML files 
The files

  Translations/zh_CN/options.xml
  Translations/zh_CN/tips.xml
  Translations/zh_CN/menu.xml
  Translations/zh_CN/sys.xml

were already removed as part of commit 0c655af7d1 but were recently
readded by mistake (commit 2a30862e31). Remove them again...

(the new translation infrastructure only needs the master translation
defined by Translations/default/*.xml and the language-specific .xlf
files)

34db58c529 FG1000: Multikey Support 
Add Multikey support for the FG1000 (:GF and :GP) to improve useability
by allowing direct entry of strings.  This is massively easier than
fiddling with the control knobs.

Also correct interface variable name "frequency" to "period", which is
more accurate.

baa33f40b3 Airport-list: allow filtering by type for helipads 
Patch by Daniel Wickstrom, requires a corresponding FLightGear change
to extend the special search function used by this dialog to add
support for a type-prefix.

45adf8cdd0 Boeing-style CDU, many improvements: 
- proper messages stack and API
- paging of scrolled-pages behind static pages works (eg RTE)
- exec API (and cancellation)
- more callbacks / overrides on actions and models
- temporary (modal) page support, eg for waypoint disambiguation
- reload command
