Boeing-style CDU, many improvements:

- proper messages stack and API
- paging of scrolled-pages behind static pages works (eg RTE)
- exec API (and cancellation)
- more callbacks / overrides on actions and models
- temporary (modal) page support, eg for waypoint disambiguation
- reload command
