838ba8230b Local-weather: Remove a debug print()
This caused random ‘0’ to appear on the console. Checked with
Thorsten R, okay to disable this.

5f1784937e Added Joystick Sensitivity Reduction to dialog.
This allows the setting of the <power> tag - which in turn will decreases the sensitivity around the zero position

7605fee09f Fix multiple openings of FG1000 windows
Previously on the first call to display an FG1000 PFD/MFD from
the Debug menu worked, because only one index was used, which was
subsequently deleted when the window was closed.

Now a new PFD/MFD instance is created each time the Debug menu is used.
This isn't ideal, and probably exposes Nasal memory issues if used
many times, but is fine for the moment.

f0ee8f23d2 Compositor: Use #version 140 for clustered shading
This fixes compatibility issues with AMD graphics cards that support a OpenGL
3.1 compatibility profile. Integrated Intel GPUs using the Mesa drivers should set the environment variable:
MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE="3.1COMPAT"

80417b7edd Add heading offsets for angled flight decks
This ensures an approach (e.g. from the launcher)
is aligned with the flight deck, rather than the
rear of the aircraft carrier.

fc27175690 Reduce shader attribute usage by packing floats
Previously we required 6 shader attributes to pass
in all the required information for the building shader.
By using packing techniques this has been reduced to 4.

This should improve support for integrated graphics cards.

2dbe28d43b Emesary MP bridge: fix lost messages on MP bridge.
When more than one message type being transmitted on the bridge only one of the types would be reliably received. Bug caused because the message index is per notification type (on MP bridge outgoing) but was being treated as per incoming bridge (rather than notification).

84f0530a1d Compositor: Use a logarithmic depth buffer in the ALS pipeline.
This might not be a definitive solution to fix z-fighting issues, but it's a
good solution meanwhile and can be implemented easily on any shader just by
adding a few lines.

7e647d855b Carriers: set a FLOFS heading offset on the Nimitz
This value is not exact, but much better than default of zero, for
testing FLOLS startup with the Nimitz.
