939887cca1 Joystick bindings: fix confusions over trigger and pickle. 
Trigger sets /controls/armament/trigger - typically for a gun, but can be used (model side) to launch anything

Pick sets /controls/armament/pickle - typically to release something (e.g. missiles), but could be bound model side to act as a trigger.

acb8fea841 Add ability to specify TACAN frequency on radios dialog. 
This will only work for valid VORTAC or TACAN stations.

Not all frequencies can be mapped to VOR frequency range. These will be displayed (and entered) without a decimal place to differentiate them.

40ff13b65b Reposition slowdown settimer fixes. 
Definitely problems in aar.nas, seaport.nas; as these were hanging off a fdm-initialized.

The others have timers that are started from a listener and as such are more suited to use maketimer rather than settimer

The modules that use the loopid technique are probably fine, but these are also more suited (and easier to understand) using a maketimer

- remove livery
- animate ailerons, gear, elevators (basic animations)
- change texture to 8bit indexed.

0eec9f5444 F-14: Add fallback reduced polygon model. 
This is a cut down version of the main model.

- all surfaces animated
- gear animated
- wingsweep
- canopy.
- engines / petals / augmentation not animated.
- vertices reduced
- single texture atlas for the whole model; png format, 8 bit colour. The original will be in the F-14 development repository.
- no stores

Overall size (including textures is below 4mb (around 3mb), which seems reasonable to me)

da089c843a Change default height of property browswer to 500 pixels. 
Realistically 768 pixels is the minimum height for most displays these days, so 500 is a reasonable figure for all displays, and it does make it easier to operate.
