ad10f5fbde CDU: command interfacing
This allows external processes to drive the CDU via custom commands.
See https://github.com/zakalawe/simpit/tree/master/simCDUDriver for
an example of sending such commands.

/instrumentation/FG1000/adc-update-frequency can optionally
be set to control the update frequency of the main ADC information.
Set to "0" to update every frame.

cdeb1a462c FG1000: Resize GDU/GMA and increase ADC refresh
Correct the size of the GDU and GMA units.

Increase the ADC (e.g. attitude, airspeed, alttitude) from 5Hz to 10Hz.

9f8306b6e4 Publish all props on a TriggeredPropertyPublisher
Periodically (default every 5 s), publish all properties
being tracked by the TriggeredPropertyPublisher.

This ensures that clients created after the TriggeredPropertyPublisher
will receive values for properties that change rarely (e.g. NAV/COM)

857e983524 Support fgcommand, multiple MFD instances
- Add fgcommands FG1000HardKeyPushed, FG1000SoftKeyPushed, to
simplify bindings from model XML.  See FG1000/Nasal/commands.nas

- Use Device ID to ensure commands affect only the device to which
they belong.  Navigation data, FMS, EIS and ADC information is shared
across all devices.

Me, Michat. I donate the so called garmin1000B.svg file created by me using GPL Inkscape software to FlightGear, the Free Flight Simulator as a present to the flightgear.org. Since now I derived all legal rights to FlightGear via two active developers representatives on this forum topic: Stuart and hooray. They will proceed to upload the file to the FG repository, choosing the best license in order to protect FlightGear from any scammer simulation software, if is possible. Having account the nature of the Flightgear project as public well.

The 13TH of January 2018 in Madrid Spain.

3bf57db6b4 Fixes for all PNG files with corrupted ICC color profiles.
The files were identified using the pngcrush software and repaired by stripping
out the PNG header including the ICC profile using the command:

$ pngcrush -fix -force old.png new.png; mv -f new.png old.png

Each file was manually checked in an image viewer to look for any corruptions.

059789a4bd generic kx165: fix NAV channel spacing (50kHz)
Channel spacing in NAV band is 50kHz not 25kHz as in COMM band.
Also convert line endings to LF instead of CR/LF
And remove BOM which is not necessary for UTF-8

e3d38a6228 Issue 1649: Fix for Transponder TDR-94.
The transponder instrument MUST be named "transponder" in the instrumentation
file to work with multiplayer and the radio dialog.

ff071bd858 Integrates existing soaring instruments with the soaring sdk
All reviewed aircraft now support total energy compensated variometers and
reuse a common implementation. The following issues have been addressed, either
explicitly or as a benefit from the integration:

 + Fixed incorrect variometer readouts at sim/speed-up values != 1
 + Fixed erratic instrument behavior after pause and reinit
 + Reworked all vario needle animations to be smoother.
 + Fixed ASK13 yaw string. Now it deflects to the correct side.
 + Added temperature and (fake) battery readings to ILEC SC7 digital variometer.
 + Fixed ILEC SC7 sign readout (didn't show the minus sign).

Note: The ASK21 models have not been integrated, as they will need a more
profound cockpit overhaul.
