Tolerate refactored SGSound headers.

An upcoming commit will make the sound headers standalone, and no longer include various other headers / using std:: declarations. Prepare for this by making includes and usage of namespaces explicit.

does not (need to) know about properties at all.

Split up FGFX into a dedicated effects class (FGFX) and a sample queue class. Register the sample queue cass as 'queue' at the SoundManager and tie it to the listener position.
