55cd510ad8 A-4 model (tanker/fallback) 
Optimisation (include pilot in model, use texture atlas)

Allow model to be used as fallback model (added a4-f.xml which hides the refuelling stuff)

6bbff8476e FGComm PTT - use selected channel 
Only the selected channel will now be used for PTT; however the bindings still selected the appropriate channel prior to setting PTT.

This provides a compatible solution that can also easily be bound to the (joystick) controls.

4c6b103293 Add support for FGCom multiple radio support 
PTT now in

/controls/radios/comm-ptt as an int; non zero indicates which comm radio to use

/comm-radio-selected is the default comm channel to use. This should usually be the same as will be set by PTT into /controls/radios/comm-ptt

NOTE: that PTT will switch the FG comm inbound and outbound frequency to whichever radio was PTT'd.

aaa2c0cffb Removing flaps indicator popup 
This only worked correctly for aircrafts with flaps up to 30 degrees.
Furthermore in my opinion if needed this should be included for all joysticks/controls as a general solution and not for a single setup.

b8bed54099 Added environment/realwx/metar-url 
Code will still default to the hardcoded URL if present.

[station] in the URL will be replaced with the actual required station; so the URL is now https://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/observations/metar/stations/[station].TXT

c234f22daa FG1000: Quality of life improvements 
- Pre-load nearest airports to remove significant freeze when the
NearestAirports page is accessed for the first time.
- Update multikey support to provide easy access to commonly used MFD
pages and access to softkeys.

f09b49e006 FG1000 : APR and GS modes 
Approach and GS modes - FG1000 and GFC700 can now be used for
autopilot coupled ILS or GPS approaches

Also:
- FLC mdoe now include an airspeed bug
- VDI indicator beside altitude tape now works
- Marker beacon displays O/M/I as appropriate
