Julian Smith 3591bd8631 Be able to control atis speech pitch, volume and speed. 
Uses these properties:
    /sim/atis/speed
    /sim/atis/volume
    /sim/atis/pitch

Values 1.0 behave as default. Other values are used to multiply default
settings.

Changes don't take affect immediately. But changing com frequency seems to
often cause an update which will then pick up the new values.

3rdparty PLIB includes fix from Florent 2020-09-29 12:30:34 +01:00
CMakeModules SetupSwiftLibraries.cmake requires a global variable libEvent_target. However, while the PKGConfig variant of FindLibEvent.cmake did set this, the Win32 variant did not; therefore CMake would always fail to find libEvent, disabling Swift. Therefore I set this property, restoring proper compilation of Swift on Windows systems. 2020-10-29 21:29:13 +00:00

Welcome to the FlightGear Flight Simulator project.

The primary web page for this project is: http://www.flightgear.org

For basic installation instructions see the "INSTALL" file.

Before you can run FlightGear you will also need to download and
install the "base" package which is a collection of textures, sounds,
sample scenery, and other data files needed by the sim.

For additional install help for specific platforms please browse the
"docs-mini/" subdirectory.

More complete documentation is available from our web page as a
separate distribution.
