4841ab6206 Some 850 line feature textures changes
-Remove the new pavement texture for now as it interferes with the old airports.
-remove unexisting entries from materials.xml.
-correct one texture's scale.

4c75279152 Add more placeholders for differentiated land cover types. Requires
someone to create the corresponding textures to make the best use of
upcoming CORINE and custom land cover.  Refers to this list:

5612cd36dd Horse/cow (scenery) culling...
Removed since this caused severe scenery (un)loading issues with osg.
Scenery nodes with too many parents cause extreme delays when unloading tiles.
=> Need a better cow/horse-herd implementation! :)

2ca51947fd Introducory step to support CORINE-based FlightGear Scenery.
Feel invited to create and introduce appropriate or/and better textures
for Littoral/FloodLand, GolfCourse, Cemetry, OpenMining, Lava,
ComplexCrop, Saline, Orchard, Rainforest ....  and probably also those
which I've forgotten.
