curt b4abef6ab8 cleaned up my fragment.num_faces hack :-) to use the STL (no need in
duplicating work.)
Tweaked fgTileMgrRender() do not calc tile matrix unless necessary.
removed some unneeded stuff from fgTileMgrCurElev()
