b191f0a57d Use current "getstart" URL 
Two affected places:
  - the built-in launcher (command line options link);
  - package/org.flightgear.FlightGear.metainfo.in.

The previous link points to an old version of the manual.

42b09ab948 Packaging: add AppStream metainfo 
File by Corentin Noël, with some CMake machinery changes by me to
generate the version / data automatically.
