Edward d'Auvergne	c5aa3ca0f1	SGSubsystem classes: Switch to the new SGSubsystemMgr::add() functions. ... Most subsystems are now created via the subsystem manager using the global subsystem registrations. James Turner	02814ebe35	Tests: mark some expected-fail tests ... Disable GPS::finalLegCourseTest, and one of the View index tests, so that tests pass successfully. Also add some default properties so the skeleton traffic tests start up without crashing.	2021-01-18 11:45:13 +00:00
