a251fd35cb Include <iostream> and using declarations as needed. 
SimGear no longer includes iostream and avoids using declarations in
header files, so various fixups are needed.

12fc19080b Ima Sudonim: 
CygWin/gcc-3.4.4 updates.

I replaced my cygwin compiler with 3.4.4, did a make clean of plib, simgear,
and flightgear, then did a make install of all three. With the included changes,
everything builds fine, and runs fine.

4214cd6c10 Migrate FlightGear code to use "#include SG_GL*" defined in 
"#include <simgear/compiler.h>".

eeeee3a53e GUI layout management and a few visual/eye-candy modifications. See 
DOCS/README.layout in the base package for details, along with the
modified dialog files.
