Remove Qt includes from fgfsObjects build
...
Sink all Qt classes into the specific libraries, so the main objects
don’t need the includes available.

macOS: detect and warn if running translocated

Translocation forces us to rebuild the nav-cache each launch, and might
mess up some other details, so let’s warn the user they should copy
the app to Applications or similar.

Avoid crash on Cmd-Q exit of the app on macOS
...
On this code path, AppKit uses exit, rather than letting main run as
normal. We handle most things via C++ destructors, which do run, but
Qt is happier if we clean it up explicitly.
