ehofman	667e64e1eb	- remove the SG_GLxxxx_H #defines, since OSG provides its own versions - this exposed a bizarre issue on Mac where dragging in <AGL/agl.h> in extensions.hxx was pulling in all of Carbon to the global namespace - very scary. durk	33486a0308	Thomas Foerster: I refactored the XML loading code out of FGAirportDynamics and FGRunwayPreference. I also added a new class XMLLoader, which serves as a facade to the loader functions. Further I changed FGRunwayPreference to just keep a FGAirport ref, which is more concise and closer to the right(tm) solution than storing the airport data a second time ;-)	2007-07-04 17:42:20 +00:00
