- no longer include Joystick/joystick.hxx
- include Input/input.hxx - register GLUTkeyup and GLUTspecialkeyup with glut - comment out call to fgJoystickRead - comment out call to fgJoystickInit - add call to FGInput::update to replace fgJoystickRead
