Subject: [PATCH] - modified set_V_(north|east|down) to use
 set_Velocities_Local, so   that overrides in JSBSim will work (i.e.
 properties can be set) - modified set_(u|v|w)Body to use
 set_Velocities_Wind_Body, so   that overrides in JSBSim will work (i.e.
 properties can be set)
