- removed hard-coded bindings for ^G, ^T, ESC, M, T, X, Z, m, p, t, x,

z, F2, F4, and F9 (see keyboard.xml for replacements)
- no longer dump position report to log when paused (CLO: Argh! Gasp! I use
  that!)
