Richard Harrison 0eec9f5444 F-14: Add fallback reduced polygon model.
This is a cut down version of the main model.

- all surfaces animated
- gear animated
- wingsweep
- canopy.
- engines / petals / augmentation not animated.
- vertices reduced
- single texture atlas for the whole model; png format, 8 bit colour. The original will be in the F-14 development repository.
- no stores

Overall size (including textures is below 4mb (around 3mb), which seems reasonable to me)

This model is derived from the normal model, has been merged to reduce number of objects, vertices have been packed (dist lt 0.002)
and a compressed texture atlas; however the model isn't small coming in at 2.9mb, however this is offset by the
use of a jpeg texture atlas that is only 0.7mb for the whole model, so overall it is about the same size as other models.
The model has most of the important animations, such as wing sweep, surface movements, gear, speed brake, slats, flaps.
Refuelling, ladder, engine turbine rotation and a few others have been removed to reduce vertex count. Overall we have 15k vertices
and 23k surfaces.
