ThorstenB bde90daa71 Replay upgrade, part III: New flight recorder configuration files. 
Provide templates for various aircraft components or complete aircraft
types. Better to have this stuff available/adaptable than hard-coded
somewhere inside fgfs.

This directory contains configuration files
that provide defaults for systems that have 
not yet been modeled for specific Aircraft.

These values are not intended to be accurate
but merely provide minimal functionality.
