ThorstenB 6c55c12506 #395: default 3D cloud effect was max quality (instead of max performance)
Use lower density/range settings for 3D cloud effect by default. Avoids
scaring new users with less powerful systems, while users with
powerful machines will happily increase the effect. Also, we do the
same for all other effects (default to low quality/best performance).
