Takeoff
This tutorial starts from Hilo Intl Airport (PHTO), an airfield in the northeast of Hawaiʻi, in clear, still, weather.
This tutorial will teach you how to take-off from runway 21, and climb at 600 feet per minute. You will level off at 2000 ft to complete the tutorial.

At the start of the take-off roll, you will control the direction of the aircraft using the
nose-wheel steering and rudder. As the aircraft takes off, you will use the ailerons and elevator
to control the direction and attitude of the aircraft.

The nose-wheel and rudder is controlled using 0/Enter on the numeric keypad, or by using the mouse
in "yoke" mode with the left mouse button held down.
To switch the mouse to yoke mode, press either "TAB", or the right mouse button until it displays as a + sign.
