Durk Talsma	ebcfe4dc54	Remove all content from the joystick file, in order to prepare for a switch to a HID event config file. Note that I cannot remove this file yet, because the internal flightgear joystick selection logic will than use the bindings from default.xml, which will severely interfere with the commands in the HID config file. Durk Talsma	6e4d006a0c	Initial commit of a generic xml configuration for the Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant. ... Currently, the file is based on the config file for the alpha flight yoke and still contains some old bindings.
