Both methods accept attribute strings "READ", "WRITE", "ARCHIVE",
"TRACE_READ", "TRACE_WRITE", and "USERARCHIVE". getAttribute() does
additionally accept "TIED" (although this isn't an SGPropertyNode::Attribute).
Attribute "REMOVED" is not supported.
