jimw	693b963bfb	Added flag "allow-toggle-cockpit" so that 3d/2d toggle is not attempted for ... aircraft that do not have 3d cockpit configured. Toggling is done with the "c" key. Note also that for now, since the 3d models don't have a "small" panel defined, the "s" key is disabled if "allow-toggle-cockpit" is true.	2002-04-21 15:06:22 +00:00
