the data/Huds/Default/default.xml file if we don't want to draw the runway
in the default HUD (but then we should take a close look at all the elements
in the default HUD if we go down that road.)
These add a NEW elevator trim marker
along side the elevator position gauge
also adds missing cemterpoint tick marks
