d2708e992e Added B727 lowpoly fallback model (index 222). 
This is rapid to load, a 1.1mb 3d model file with a 512x512x8 png texture. It is larger texture sizes and jpg textures that slow down loading moreso than model files..

b022d310db Added F-15 lowpoly; 
This is already in the scenery db/terrasync; however that model has the vertical origin at the wheels, whereas my F-15 in FGAddon has the origin at the center line based on the nose.

0eec9f5444 F-14: Add fallback reduced polygon model. 
This is a cut down version of the main model.

- all surfaces animated
- gear animated
- wingsweep
- canopy.
- engines / petals / augmentation not animated.
- vertices reduced
- single texture atlas for the whole model; png format, 8 bit colour. The original will be in the F-14 development repository.
- no stores

Overall size (including textures is below 4mb (around 3mb), which seems reasonable to me)

5d3206fa70 Remove Citation II AI Model. 
The Citation II AI model is redundant as the Citation-Bravo is
identical externally and the AI model better.

Also remove frmo fallback_models.xml.  Indexes not adjusted
incase anyone is using 105 or 106.

d7e5e9e4d3 Self-contained AI seahawk 
Previous the AI seahawk required that the seahawk from
fgaddon was installed to display properly.  This copies
over a number of files from fgaddon so that it will display
correctly.

17553d8a3e Self-contained AI Lightning 
Previously the AI Lightning required that the user had the lightning
from fgaddon installed to work.  This largely copies across the
required files from fgaddon, while removing elements that aren't
going to be visible at long range.
