Just a gimmick: make background color configurable. Maybe some dark color
might look nicer for certain aircraft specific splash screens. Test with:
$ fgfs --prop:/sim/gui/colors/splash-screen/blue=0.35

- move old style there, named "default.xml"
- add experimental style: "anthrax.xml" ("anthracite.xml" was too long :-)
