ea32a92fe7 Generic MFD : Added optional parameter to update method 
When using a data provider, or Emesary it is useful to be able to pass an optional element into the update method for the pages.

49836f9956 Route manager: start in $FG_HOME for Load and Save; also show hidden files 
Since a typical (and suggested) allowed directory for saving flightplans
from the Route Manager dialog is $FG_HOME/Export, it makes sense for the
Load and Save file selection dialogs to open in at least $FG_HOME. And
since $FG_HOME is a hidden dir by default on Unix systems, it is more
user-friendly to display hidden files and dirs in these dialogs as well.

Note: when hidden files/dirs are not displayed, it *is* possible, at
      least in the QtFileDialog, to type .fgfs and get inside when
      browsing $HOME, but that is probably not obvious to everyone!

edd2290d71 Remove options.xml and the Translations dir (now in the flightgear repository) 
Also remove <intl include="Translations/locale.xml"/> from
preferences.xml. Something equivalent based on readProperties() is done
in FlightGear (cf. FGLocale::FGLocale() in
flightgear/src/Main/locale.cxx).

eb43b3bd3d Add the FlightGear team's fingerprint and a missing frequency to apt.dat.gz 
Apply the following patches to Airports/apt.dat.gz (patches available at
<https://sourceforge.net/p/flightgear/fgmeta/ci/next/tree/changes-in-dat-files/apt.dat/>):

  000-general-modify-header.patch:
    indicate that apt.dat has been modified by the FlightGear team

  001-CCC5-fix-missing-Unicom-frequency.patch:
    add missing Unicom frequency for CCC5 (Havelock), thanks to wkitty42
