Fix wingflex shader to use current effect code. A better way would probably be to just keep the wing flexing part there and then include model-combined, but I couldnt get that to work unfortunately

Make Compositor default
...
- Remove all Compositor Effects and Shaders.
- Unify the low-spec and ALS pipelines in a single pipeline called 'Classic'.
- Readd shadow mapping.
- Move the WS30 Effect and fragment shader out of the Compositor-specific directories.
