Subject: [PATCH] Remove all content from the joystick file, in order to
 prepare for a switch to a HID event config file. Note that I cannot remove
 this file yet, because the internal flightgear joystick selection logic will
 than use the bindings from default.xml, which will severely interfere with
 the commands in the HID config file. Leaving a skeleton xml file here, will
 effecively prevent that...
