Dear Erik,
Thank you for contacting and informing me.
I am sorry that my explanation was not good.
In conclusion, you can include DSEG in FlightGear (GPL licensed
software), and distribute it freely.

This means that I want to prevent sale this font data itself.
OFL that you introduced me is very suitable for my opinion,
so I will consider change license to OFL.
(But I need a little time for changing document.)
