* Cockpit door switch and basic lock logic

* Little fix for leftturnoff light

* Toottip for transponder knob (it's very hard to me guess the mode selected)

* Foot warmer switches cpt and fo

* FGCamera compatibility for 0-9 view selection keys

* Enable mouse wheel for landing light switches
